The Shepherd Family: May

I think I finally figured out how to get these pictures to load in the right order! A lot of fun things have been going on over the past few months and we wanted to share them with you!

New baby!

On May 13th our good friends, Lindsay and Jason Sessor welcomed baby #2!

Caroline Rose Sessor is now part of our weekly play dates and it's like she has always been part of our little crew! Sophia LOVES to talk about and hold baby Caroline! It is going to be fun watching our 4 little girls play and learn new things together!!

The girls have matching Big Sister/Little Sister pajamas so I had to make sure to get a picture of them!

Memorial Day weekend:

Over Memorial Day weekend the girls and I took a day trip to visit my family.

We took the girls to their first parade & our first parade in Marysville!

I know she's a little young for TV but I guess that's part of being the second baby! Nora LOVES to watch Super Why! Whenever she hears the theme music she crawls from wherever she might directly to the TV!

Zoo trip!

Lindsay and I decided to take the girls to the zoo for one of our playdates! We had a great time and ended the evening with a picnic in the back of our van! The girls thought it was great!

The gorillas were very active that day, running past the glass, hitting the glass and a few sat close and interacted with the kids! It was awesome!

If you look closely, it looks like Nora is holding hands with the gorilla!

Nora learning how to walk! She is SOOOO close to walking, my prediction is by her birthday....we shall see!

We have a routine of taking a walk and having popsicles afterwards :)

Zoo trip with Jack Hanna

During a trip to the zoo with my mom & Perry we actually ran into Jack Hanna! So cool!! This was right before we ended up stuck in the zoo b/c of driving rain, which we ended up running through....we were SOAKED!

11 months old!

I just cannot believe Nora is getting ready to turn 1! This is her 11 month picture.

Camping with the Grandstaff's

We recently went camping with Natalie, Ryan, Claire & Oliver Grandstaff. We stayed at Alum Creek and had a great time! We enjoyed watching our kids play together, making meals together and sharing stories over the campfire. Sophia went fishing for the first time and caught 2 fish (with a little help)!! She was so excited!
